Door sensors not working

I have installed 2 z wave door sensors closed is value 0 and Open is 255. I have set them as follows in the set up


Opening the door the value switched to 255 and the alarm state is not triggred. I have toggled the reverse processing in both conditions , still fails. Any thoughts
I want to make sure it works before I purchase .Thanks.

Sorry for the doubl pic post. I also tried toggling the value triggered device.

I think you not need to check the box “value triggered device”…

Also make sure your device is allocated to a zone.
