HSPhone is disabled in the plugin.

blsecurity and hsphone not working.
I just installed a way2call USB box and is working in hs3 fine except for blsecurity. In bl security option you can have a trigger call a phone number but in options---> more option in red in says phone not installed. Does anyone else have this issue? Blade can you help me out please? Thanks in advance
