    Ghost Commands and Status

    System Configuration

    Current Date/Time: 11/28/2017 12:25:47 PM
HomeSeer Version: HS3 Standard Edition 3.0.0.368
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Embedded Standard - Work Station
System Uptime: 2 Days 17 Hours 10 Minutes 21 Seconds
    IP Address: 192.168.1.4
    Number of Devices: 71
    Number of Events: 20
    Available Threads: 200

    Enabled Plug-Ins
    3.1.13.6: CONCORD
    3.0.1.87: Z-Wave

The plugin will not allow me to Arm Away or Arm Stay though it will allow me to Chime and Disarm. The activities log on the HS3, but not in the panel. In addition, Sensor 2 is faulting often and back to normal the next second, though there is no indication the panel is seeing such events. Sensor 2 is configured as Type 17 - Entry/Exit Delay1, while the other sensors of similar kind are Type 13 - 24hr Silent Supervised. I am investigating how to change sensor types but haven't found what I'm looking for yet.

Thank you in advance for any insight you may be able to provide.

    Update

I found a thread that explained the "quick arm" feature of the Concord 4 and figured out how to enable it. That resolved my issue with arming my Concord 4. I also changed the Concord 4 configuration so that my sensor 2 matched the other sensors, but that made no difference in the occurrence of the fault notifications. I noticed that there is a newer version of the plugin, but my attempts to update the Concord 4 plugin have failed.

What happens when you try to update? Do you get an error?

You're referring to the Panel Log?

Many of these are normal. Try disabling the plugin and letting it close the executable then update it.

I will play with that some more. On the sensor issue, the issue is in my system. I erroneously convinced myself the panel was not detecting a fault when in fact it was. My apologies. Thank you for your assistance.
