Unable to control Concord 4 from HS Renotely

    Unable to control Concord 4 from HS Renotely

    I am unable to Arm the system remotely. When I click ARM Stay or ARM Away it just says enter code. Disarm works just fine.

    Did you enter your User Code on the Control->Setting page and check the "Remember Code" checkbox?

      What version of the plugin do you have. What platform are you running HS on. Odd that you can disarm without a code yet you need a code to arm. The logic of the panel v plugin appears reversed in your case.

          Where does it say (Enter code?) On the keypad or the plugin/HS3?
          Click Arm Stay/Arm Away on HS3 devices?

          What version are you running? Should be 3.1.13.10.

            When I click an ARM button, it says ENTER CODE on the keypad. I can Disarm the panel remotely successfully. My plugin firmware is 3.1.13.10

              Can you post the /Config/hspi_Concord.ini file here?

                My remote desktop access is not working right now, is there another way I can relay the information needed?

                  If HS3 is hosted on your remote desktop, probably not. I need to see if the Concord config file has the Quick Arm set.

                      Should work. Try removing the 250=QuickArm from the ini files and restart the plugin and see. Your panel might not have QuickArm enabled.
