Cannot Arm system (Disarm works fine)

    Hi,

When trying to Arm the system the keypad flashes Enter Code, however when I disarm the the system it works perfectly. Do I have something configured incorrectly?

    Thanks,
    Lou

In the Concord plugin go to Control>Settings and ensure you have the correct Arm/Disarm code entered and tick the Remember Me box. Look across to the Arming Options and tick the No Delay box.

Hi, I tried the above with no luck. I noticed the following behavior though:

Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code, No Delay
      -Disarm works
      -Stay, Away do not work

Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code
      -Disarm works
-Stay, Away do not work, and keypad says Enter Code

Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code
      -Disarm works
-Stay works, only if I click Disarm within a second after clicking Stay

Anyone have any ideas of how to fix?

      Thanks!

What version of HS are you using. What OS is it installed on. What hardware are you using. In the absence of this detail try uninstalling the Concord plugin, reinstalling it and reconfigure it again. Sounds like some corruption on your config files.

I will try the uninstall and re-install. Is there anything special I need to do to erase the config files?

Assuming you used a standard install just disable the plugin, do the opposite and uninstall and reinstall again.

When posting configuration, make sure you hide or remove your personal info. Thanks.

Yes, as much info as you can post is helpful. Also turn on the concord logging for more info

                unless the reinstall works.

                  Hi,

I performed the re-install multiple times as follows:
                  • unistalled the plugin
                  • deleted anything in the HS4 directory with the word concord in the file name
                  • rebooted
                  • deleted any devices associated with concord
                  • rebooted

However when trying to Arm the system the keypad flashes Enter Code, however when I disarm the the system it works perfectly. Is there a way to send the code with the arm request? Or is there some other configuration that I should enable?

Here is the behavior I noticed:
Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code, No Delay
                  -Disarm works
-Stay, Away do not work, and keypad says Enter Code

Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code
                  -Disarm works
-Stay, Away do not work, and keypad says Enter Code

Configuration set to: Correct Code, Remember Code
                  -Disarm works
-Stay works, only if I click Disarm within a second after clicking Stay

                  I attached configuration below

                  Any help is appreciated, thanks,

On the panel keypad do the following

                    8>Installer Code>00>System Programming>Security>Global>Access Code Lock

is Access Code Lock displaying Off or On.

                      Hi,

I do not know the installer code. I tried using my user codes but it wouldn't let me get past '00'.

                      Thanks,
                      Lou

Do you know who installed your panel. Could you request the installer code from them. The default code is 4321 but I doubt it was left in default mode.

The Access Lock Code should be set to Off as per the Concord 4 Installer manual page 45. https://static.interlogix.com/librar...ion-manual.pdf

                            Look at your Config/hspi_Concord.ini file
                            Does it have:
                            250=QuickArm

If so, stop the PI and remove that entry and restart.
                            See if it works now.

If not, remember to put it back.

BTW, if it's an ADT installed panel, try 6321
