Concord System Arming: What am I doing wrong?

    Is your User Code entered on the Control->Settings page? Is the "Remember code" checkbox checked?

      HS4 with Concord Plugin Question: System Arming, what am I doing wrong?

      I have HS 4 (4.1.9.0) with the latest Concord Plugin (3.1.13.10). Everything seems to be working except Arming and Disarming the system through the plugin.

      1 - I can arm my system from the keypad, and it will disarm from HomeSeer Device Page
      2 - Zone faults and other messages appear fine

      However if I try arming the system nothing happens. The log says this:

        Have you got Quick Arm enabled on the Concord 4 control panel. Details can be found for this here https://static.interlogix.com/librar...ion-manual.pdf

          Enabling Quick Arm is the best approach, but if you don't have the access codes, edit the hspi_Concord.ini file in the config directory and remove the QuickArm entry. That should force it to use the UserID you entered in the Plugin config. Be sure to check the save UserID box.

              I assumed you had access to the Installer Code on the Concord 4 panel. Glad you resolved your issue.
