HS4 - Adding a second Envisalink and getting connection errors

I've added a second envisalink module for a second alarm panel. I created another instance of the plugin and configured it. Below are the continuous repeating entries, and it never seems to connect to the panel for ability to control.

I can control it through the eyeson portal (arm/disarm/etc), but not through HS4. The first instance/panel works just fine and can still control it.

Any suggestions?
