On 3.0.040, but the plugin has started to fail to initialize. At startup I get:

Disabling and reenabling the plugin seems to fix it (next log message shows
but the plugin remains in 'INFO: Plugin Start is pending' mode even after this and won't seem to even try to fully start.
Ideas on how to start debugging this?
