hs4 errors

trying the plugin with hs4 getting this repeating error but the plugin seems to work

have you disabled the plugin in HS3 ?
The EnvisaLink board only allow one connection

I dont have it installed on hs3 only hs4

spud I removed the plugin and all the files and folders. rebooted then installed it again the error is now gone.

Hi All,

Looking to see what else could cause these disconnect errors.
Ping response time is less than 1ms - All connections are 1GB
Uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin as well.
Updated the EVL4 controller version 01.03.163
Connecting with HS3

Zones highlighted in image are currently open, but show as closed. All other zones are actually closed.

First time setting up this plugin and thinking this is an issue because devices created all show closed even when the Window is left open and the Alarm partition always shows not ready.

Can you all provide any suggestions on what else I can try to get this working. Thank you!
