I received the below alarm notification from AlarmRelay tonight that indicates that there is an issue with the alarm system battery. When I went to bed and set the alarm to armed Stay, the event that sends me a pushover when the alarm is armed kept triggering every few minutes. I ended up finding that the Envisalink plugin had crashed at some point so I restarted the HS computer. Everything seemed to be ok so I set the alarm to Stay again but I still kept getting pushover messages every few minutes as if the alarm keeps getting armed. The Partition 1 device shows the time that I armed the system and doesn’t show that it keeps rearming every few minutes so I turned on the debug log for the Envisalink plugin. I see the below messages in the log about every four minutes. Is it possible that when your plugin gets a message about the battery every four minutes that it’s causing the plugin to think it’s being armed every four minutes?
I’m using HS3.
