not receiving "Panel AC trouble"

Have set an event trigger

IF	EnvisaLink Receives Message: Panel AC Trouble

however its not triggering,
with debug mode on
im not seeing any such message in the log.
(note that same situation for Panel AC Restore)
i do see a bunch of other messages for trouble LED etc

If i use this trigger in the event

IF	EnvisaLink Receives Message: Verbose Trouble Status Trouble = ACPowerLost

then it works as expected

This is with two events (one using verbose - which triggers as epxected, the other with the Panel AC trouble - which is not being triggered.

I have the same problem, my event based on "Panel AC Restore" does not trigger. I would like to use this trigger to turn off a few stubborn lights that enjoy turning on when AC is restored. Any solutions have been found ?
