Cannot disarm after system was armed

    Hello,

I have just installed a DSC PC1832 with Envisalink, the plug-in is working great in HS3 but I have one problem:

When I arm partition 1, the keypad arms without any problem but I get the following log entries in HS3 - it basically says that the partition is arm but then 13 seconds later that it failed to arm:

    Feb-15 10:07:44 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG PartitionFailedtoArm 1
    Feb-15 10:07:31 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG PartitionArmed 11
    Feb-15 10:07:31 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG UserClosing 10040
    Feb-15 10:07:31 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG KeypadLedStatePartition1Only 8A
    Feb-15 10:07:14 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG CommandAcknowledge 000
Feb-15 10:07:14 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: Poll
    Feb-15 10:06:52 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG ExitDelayinProgress 1
    Feb-15 10:06:51 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG KeypadLedStatePartition1Only 8B
    Feb-15 10:06:46 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG CommandAcknowledge 200
    Feb-15 10:06:46 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG KeypadLedStatePartition1Only 80
Feb-15 10:06:46 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: CodeSend 1234
Feb-15 10:06:46 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG CodeRequired
    Feb-15 10:06:45 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG CommandAcknowledge 031
Feb-15 10:06:45 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: PartitionArmControlStayArm 1
Feb-15 10:06:45 PM Device Control Device: EnvisaLink Partition 1 to Arm Stay (-1000) by/from: CAPI Control Handler

So the system is actually armed on the keypad and when I try to disarm it in HS3, I get the SystemError 023, which means that the system is not armed. However the system is armed but for some reason Envisalink thinks it is not. So I tried to arm it again but that results in SystemError 24. This is the log:

    Feb-15 10:08:26 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG SystemError 023
Feb-15 10:08:26 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: PartitionDisarmControl 11234
Feb-15 10:08:26 PM Device Control Device: EnvisaLink Partition 1 to Disarm (-1002) by/from: CAPI Control Handler
    Feb-15 10:08:17 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG SystemError 024
Feb-15 10:08:17 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: PartitionArmControlStayArm 1
Feb-15 10:08:17 PM Device Control Device: EnvisaLink Partition 1 to Arm Stay (-1000) by/from: CAPI Control Handler
    Feb-15 10:08:08 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG SystemError 023
Feb-15 10:08:08 PM EnvisaLink DEBUG Request: PartitionDisarmControl 11234
Feb-15 10:08:08 PM Device Control Device: EnvisaLink Partition 1 to Disarm (-1002) by/from: CAPI Control Handler

Have I programmed the system wrong?

    Thanks,
    Guido

when you try to arm from http://envisalink or from envisalerts, do you have the same problem?

      Hi,

I reused some existing sensors and discovered that they had resistors in them while I had not programmed the panel for EOL. I have now changed the resistors to 5.6k for the DSC panel. I also rebooted the whole system and homeseer.

I don't know what caused the initial problem but everything is working fine now! I can arm/disarm from http://envisalink and homeseer without problems.

          Same issue

I am getting the same issue with not being able to disarm. I can do it when log into module outside of HS3. I can stay arm and arm away from within plug in but not disarm. Also getting large question mark on the user access line so not sure I have everything set up right. No error codes in log. Just upgraded from HS2 on a Hometroller Pro.

as I said in the other thread you started, make sure your panel code is correctly saved in Config/EnvisaLink.ini and set the log level to debug, then post your logs when you try to disarm.

            thanks
