I just upgraded from HS2 to HS3 with a HomeTroller. I have the envisalink working with everything except it won't disarm after setting the alarm and the user line as a large question mark with unknown next to it. I can disarm by logging into envisalink module so that seems to work fine. It seems its a user set up error on my part but I can't figure out where. My user name shows up under config and I have it set to 1 which is my dcs number (not the code but user 1 in dcs) Any help would be appriciated.
