AC & Battery Trouble Not Being Reported

If the DSC Alarm panel AC transformer is unplugged (while still on the battery) the keypad indicates trouble, EyezON sends me emails but the event I have sent up in HomeSeer to send me an email does not work.

From the log it appears the plugin doesn't recognized the trouble? (this is the same with Low Battery trouble, if I leave AC plugged in but unplug the Battery)

looks like there is an additional 0 character that the plugin does not expect for this kind of message.

Please test version 3.0.0.19 attached, this should fix the problem for those 4 messages:
PanelBatteryTrouble
PanelBatteryTroubleRestore
PanelACTrouble
PanelACRestore

then I have to contact the envisacor developer to see if the specification API contains error or if this extra character only shows under some conditions

OK thanks, but unless the new version of your plugin is in the HomeSeer manage plugin or Beta area I don't know how to install it (nor do I think I want to start messing with the files).

So I guess I will live with this until your newer version makes it to the plugin area.

you don't have to mess with files

you just need to follow the installation instructions at the beginning of the beta testing thread to override the regular updater

I am also experiencing this with 3.0.0.25 - do we have a fix

I am not getting any response from my events for AC loss.
