testForComProblem error

I get this error periodically but it seems to recover. Is this something that bears further investigation or is the plugin doing it's job and recovering? Thanks.

The no message received in 7 minutes does seem to be a problem because the plugin should be polling the panel at least every 2 or 3 minutes. How often do you get the message?

I get the same error messages after running for 6 to 7 days. Once I restart HS it's clear for another 6 to 7 days.
