    Hey Kingfetty,
Thank you for your offer to help me troubleshoot the issue I was having. I have solved the problem. As you probably suspected it was not the MyQ plug-in.

Once I had some time off during the Holidays and could spend some quality time out in the garage I could see the “on-again” “off-again” intermittent Wi-Fi connection caused by an old Wi-Fi extender that was slowly failing.

A new Netgear Orbi Mesh Router and Satellites has solved the problem and the MyQ plug-in is working perfectly.

Thanks, again for your patience and time. I apologize that I didn't figure out the root cause sooner before bothering you.

    Best Wishes,
    SJ

Thank you. I truly appreciate your help. I am traveling for the Holidays - when I get home in January I'll see if we can find a mutually convenient time for a Skype call.

    Thanks, again.

    Happy Holidays!

    Hey SJ,

I've looked over your dump files several times and everything seems as though it's working 100%. Do you have any sort of instant messenger that we could use to work together and get this solved for you?

I have the following instant messaging capabilities available, Please PM me if any of these would work for you and we can setup a time to get this fixed.

I can host a Google Meet
    Skype
    Google Hangouts
    Discord
    Curse Voice
    Pushbullet

My plugin is still not working. I've installed all the recent plugin updates.

    I've submitted another debugging dump.

    Thanks.

I found and removed device with reference number 140. (At least I think I did - I checked it on the Device Management page and deleted it there.) Then I re-started the system.

Then I installed your latest plug-in update. Then restarted the system.

Then checked the plug-in and in the Authentication page re-entered the data on all three tabs. Then re-started the system.

No luck. So I submitted a debug report.

    Thanks, again.
Thanks, I'll look at the new debug and see if I can figure out why it's still not working

    SJ,

Looking at your latest dump, I see 3 devices listed in your homeseer. I see two of them are conflicting and may be causing some of the issues.

Goto Setup -> Custom and check the box called
"Show Device Reference Number on Device Management Page (for developers)"

Then go and find the device with a ref number of 140, this one appears to be incorrect. Delete this one and see if device 203 starts working correctly.

I'll be honest, I've got 4 bugs left on my list to squash right now but I'm down for the count with the flu. I'll get back to dev work as ASAP

So it appears from what I'm reading, the plugin is becoming unresponsive and hanging. Try setting the log level to debug and turning on file logging. This will log everything to a file under the log folder under Homeseer. We can then use that to find out what was happening just before the plugin hangs.
this has been happening for me, for a while. I'll try to get you logs next time it happens. Also, when it happens, Homeseer works in all function Except I cannot go into Plugin Manager. I suspect this is a HS3 bug where a HS3 doesnt know how to handle a hung plugin.
