Are you running Linux or Windows? What version of .Net framework is installed if windows? If Linux, what version of Mono?

So you're unable to start the plugin on your computer either?

You can try to reinstall .net framework 4.7
You could wipe out any existing settings by going into "c:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Config" and deleting the MyQ.ini file
Also completely wipe out the existing plugin by deleting the following 2 files in "\c:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3"
                      MyQ.exe
                      MyQ.exe.conf

You could try reinstalling HomeSeer and see if that helps also

Other than that, I'm not sure what could be wrong with your PC that's stopping this from launching.
