  • Should update to current MyQ release?

I see a lot going on these days however I don't really have any issues outside the occasional authentication issues which have been ongoing for ages. The retry delay code seems to be working well. I am currently on build 1.2019.211.1740 and don't see any reason to update.

Any compelling reason why I should or "If it ain't broke... Don't touch it"

I don't blame you're apprehension, there was a period where things were changing a lot and many bugs were introduced. If you're curious you can backup the existing plugin version by backing up the following files:

    {HOMESEER}\HSPI_MyQ.exe
    {HOMESEER}\HSPI_MyQ.exe.conf
    {HOMESEER}\bin\MyQ\*.*
