I want to disarm Area 1 based on some other z-wave event. I could not make this work so I created a simple manual event to test it. Here is the event:

Any ideas? No errors on initialization of the plug-in. Email notification of area status elsewhere fine. Can arm or disarm from Gemini status webpage or android apps no problem.
