Plugin doesn't see zones in Expansion Enclosure 17A00

I've had the OMNI plugin installed for a number of years but never really did much with it. Now that we have all of this time on our hands and are staying home, I'm finally getting around to exploring the plugin.

My system has 13 zones in the main panel and 9 zones in an outbuilding connected to a 17A00. I have ticked off the checkbox for Expansion Enclosure 1 but I don't see any of the zones within the plugin. I noticed that outputs are displayed for Expansion Enclosure 1. All zones are visible and functioning normally in the Omni and from PCAccess. My panel is an OPII v4.0B, plugin version is 3.0.2.20
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Are all of your zones 'named'? The plugin will only pickup zones that are named via PCAccess or the console.
Did you restart the plugin after ticking the EE checkbox?

If those dont work, go into the Configuration tab of the plugin, set your logging to debug, then restart the plugin and let me see the logs.

Thanks, yes, all of my zones are named. On the hunch that I only had 13 named zones on the main panel, I named the remaining 3 zones but that didn't help. I restarted the plugin many times in the course of my troubleshooting.

ok, the logs look good for the 16 zones - I can see the last 3 you added. So, try ticking EE 2, 3, and 4 just to see if maybe it will see them on a different EE. Restart the plugin and post fresh logs after ticking those.

I tried your suggestion about ticking 2,3,4, thanks. What I see is that it hesitated for a few minutes at SetupData, and now has been hung for over an hour at Events. It did eventually complete, and here's the log:

Do a complete reboot of your HS system and let's see if it starts back up.

I removed the dummy 3 zones from the main panel config using PCAccess, also unticked EE 2,3,4 in your plugin since that didn't make a difference, then rebooted the entire HS PC (Minix Neo Z83-4). Still no expansion zones :-(.
