  • Losing configuration after power outage

We've had two power outages in the last few weeks that abruptly shutdown the Win7PC running HS (electrical company upgrading service). Both times the configuration for UltraM1G has gone back to default. I have to reenter IP address, number of keypads, number of zones, users, disarm pin, etc). Any idea what would cause this and how I can fix it?

    Hi Pat,

I cannot think of any reason why those sections of the INI file would ever be missing unless something corrupted the INI files during the power outage. Did you check to see if the ultram1g.ini file was missing or empty?
