  • Alexa wont update devices

Having a problem with my ELK M1G . Alexa won't discover any new devices from my HS3. Tried everything. When I updated to .475, my ethernet link went to serial port and when I set it back to ethernet, the ultram1g3 gives me this error.
WARNING: Failed getting InterfaceStatus from UltraM1G3 - the interface was not found in the list of active interfaces, the list may need to be refreshed.
It hammers the ethernet connection to my ELK and I cannot restart the interface. I restored to the .291 version of homeseer and I can reconnect via ethernet but as soon as I upgrade to 3.0.0.475 or 3.0.0.484 , and set to ethernet, it wont start the ULTRAM1G3 interface.

    Hello Kova3,

The initial plug-in to Elk synchronization make take several minutes to complete on a slower system like the HomeTrollerZeeS2V2. Have you tried restarting your HomeTrollerZeeS2V2, then waiting about 5 minutes before checking to see if the plug-in is on-line? Subsequent restarts should be significantly shorter in duration.
Plug-ins: UltraMon, UltraM1G, UltraCID, Ultra1Wire, UltraLog, UltraWeatherBug, UltraPioneerAVR, UltraGCIR

I was having a problem adding new devices, I was running HS beta version .478, Support had me back rev to production version .435. After the downgrade and a reboot, Alexa integration is working fine.
HS3 SEL running Pro Edition 3.0.0.531 on Ubuntu 18.04, mono 5.20, 656 devices, 209 events.
Plug-Ins: Chromecast, Device History, EasyTrigger, Ecobee, JowiHue, LutronCaseta, MeiUnifi, PHLocation2, Pushover 3P, SDJ-Health, Sonos, WeatherFlow, weatherXML
Scripts: SparkMan's Lock Event, 5 of Jon00 scripts.

I cant downgrade to .435 i can only upgrade from .291 to .475 or .495 . .435 is not an option on the setup screen. Is there a place to download it and manually downgrade?

I did get it to connect by connecting with ElkRP , then firing up the ULTRAm1g3 plugin, wait for a minute, then disconnect from ELK and it reads all the devices. I still get some funky errors but Alexa is back up and working. Obviously a bug someone needs to fix in homeseer or ultram1g3.

Still waiting from homeseer support for a resolution. I cant disable adn re-enable the ultram1g3 without using ELKrp as a crutch.
