Got to the job site and determined that the Homeseer was sending an arm command to the Elk when the status of the panel transitioned from "Not Ready" to arm to "Ready to Arm" - opening and closing exterior doors in this case.
Anyway, deleted the Root Devise and all the Zones, then recreated them - Problem Solved!
Guessing the Ready to Arm status change erroneously triggered the Arm Away command.
