Ok, that helped a lot. I don't get the ASPX errors anymore and the data retrieved from the M1 is more accurate (although some stuff is still "unknown" when it shouldn't be).
Unfortunately, HomeSeer still won't run for more than a few minutes with the plug-in active.
I'm guessing this won't be helpful, but every time it crashes, a ".NET Runtime 2.0 Error" gets written to the Application event log:
