What kind of email notifications do you get from your Elk?

I am curious as what types of emails other users have their Elk send them.

Right now I am trying to figure out how to get the Elk to email me when a specific user arms or disarms the system. Right now I am having to set up an "arm" rule for each user then set up a "disarm" rule for each user. This could take hours. Is there an easier way to do this?

Next I am going to try and figure out how to have the Elk send me an email when the alarm is tripped and tell me which zone was violated. Not sure I can pull this one off as I know NOTHING about scripting.

Anyone already have a script done that they would be willing to share?

The free monitoring from NextAlarm.com does this for you, if you aren't already monitored.

A HomeSeer script would also be a powerful way of doing exactly what you want, but it means the emails are coming from HS, not from the Elk directly, so that introduces an extra layer of failure possibility.
