I must be doing something wrong!

I am using Ultra1MG and tried to do an event where when I open the Door to the house that the entry room lights would go on. It works fine untill I add a condition to the event! I added the condition that the entry room was off, After Sunset and befor sunrise. When I add the condition it does not work. My lighting is z-wave if that matters. This is proboly more of an HS Problem Sorry If I am asking in the wrong place.
