New Trigger & Condition

Would it be possible for you to add a new trigger and a new condition for "Armed to any state" (i.e. NOT disarmed)?

I agree this would be nice.

What I did as a workaround was create a virtual device and 2 events that change the virtual device between Armed/Disarmed.
