    Elk UltraM1G config not loading

Installed the UltraM1G plug-in under a fresh Win XP install with HS Pro 2.5.0.1. The web config for the UltraM1G plug-in would load maybe once or twice after a HS restart but then it wouldn't load. Restarting HS would not always get the config to load again but once it loaded once it would always stop working shortly after a restart. I created a helpdesk ticket with Homeseer. They suggested I start disabling other plug-ins to see if there were any interactions. Disabling the IR interface for my ADIOcelot plug-in got the config page for UltraM1G loading every time. I've been running that way for about a week checking the UltraM1G config screen now and then and it has loaded every single time without fail with the ADIOcelot IR interface disabled. When it isn't working there's no errors in the log about the UltraM1G plug-in. Where do I go from here? I'd really like to be able to use them both. Here's what loads in the browser when I got to the UltraM1G config with ADIOcelot IR enabled:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800706BA): The RPC server is unavailable. Have you tried to run a repair on your .Net framework?
Plug-ins: UltraMon, UltraM1G, UltraCID, Ultra1Wire, UltraLog, UltraWeatherBug, UltraPioneerAVR, UltraGCIR

I did that in my last install using Win2k where I ran into the same problem. My experience then was that it would work a couple of times after I ran the .net repair but then it would stop again. I can try running the .net repair under this install which is WinXP.
