I noticed that too, but if you look under the advanced tab for the temperature device, you will see the actual value. Not sure why it isn't showing up on the webpage, and if it ever did.

Under the advance tab I can see my temps. I was so sure yesterday I was able to see them on the web page. Thanks for the reply. I will wait a couple of days to see if anyone else has anything to contribute before I submit a problem ticket.

Hello Ralnet,

For reasons unknown, the device has "N/A" for the device string. This will cause HomeSeer to display "N/A" instead of the temperature. The easiest way to fix this is by deleting the Keypad device, then re-creating it.

Thank You Ultra Jones.

As per your suggestion I deleted the Keypads and standalone Elk temp sensors. The keypads are reporting the correct temps and one of the standalone sensor also reports the correct temps. Two other stand alone temps sensors are reporting 1 degree which is not correct. I will follow up in the morning and check again. If they are not correct I will delete and reinstall them. Thank you again for your assistance.

Problem has been resolved. All Temp sensors, keypads and individual sensors are reporting correct temps. Thanks

When you say delete it, do you mean from Homeseer or from the plugin?

I went to device management, check marked the keypads and wired temp sensors then deleted them. Then I re-loaded the data from M1. Then went to keypads and zones checking the device that were re-loaded. My keypads indicated the correct temps immediately but the external wired sensor one of then took several hours.

Worked for me.
