I rebooted the system just to make sure but the errors still persist (less of them though) and the controls are still unresponsive:

Also....don't mean to bang on but the value/status/graphic and device type/subtype resetting is a bit of an issue for me. Logically things such as blinds should be open/close...not on/off. Because the status pairs get reset when the plugin updates my events stop working too (e.g. 'open' blind at 8am).

    Thanks again for helping out.

Yep...the errors have gone. The volume setting are back to the scaling issue (i.e. 40 returns 25 etc). But the 'scaling' is weird. I can't figure it out. It's not a simple scaling of x1.25 or the like.

I went and changed the volume 1 step at a time and recorded what was returned. I double checked to make sure I wasn't going mad.

The first column is what was set and the second is what is returned.

To be honest I think this is getting a little bit complicated. I might just have to live with the fact that setting a volume only approximates the actual setting.

Just a note to say thanks. I think your plugins and support are some of the best around. I have even decided to change my irrigation system from Rain8 (with mcsSprinklers) to Rachio as I am have some problems with mcsSprinklers and am not getting much help. I have ordered the Rachio and will buy your plugin once the Rachio arrives.

        Cheers, Marty
