Receiving error in M1 Plugin / HS3 logs

    Receiving error in M1 Plugin / HS3 logs

    I keep getting these errors in logs, what might it be caused from?

    Mar-12 22:07:43 Warning No response/improper response from Elk M1 to command 'az00'
    Mar-12 22:07:45 Warning No response/improper response from Elk M1 to command 'az00'
    Mar-12 22:08:15 Warning No response/improper response from Elk M1 to command 'az00'
    Mar-12 22:08:17 Warning No response/improper response from Elk M1 to command 'az00'
    Mar-12 22:08:19 Warning No response/improper response from Elk M1 to command 'az00'
    and so on....
    What does this indicate?

    Please post the firmware version of your Elk M1 panel and the Elk M1XEP (if you have one).

      Elkm1 versions

      Ultra I have -

      Firmware 5.3.0
      M1XEP 2.0.34

      Seems to be the latest versions.

      This worked until about a week ago and after the update to M1G plugin, that seems to have caused the non-connection issue?

      Where can I send other logs directly?

      Here are a few short captures.

      No information presented in plugin.

      Checked 3 hours later after 2 restarts and I cannot get Ultram1G to connect. And I do not see populated - information in,

      Status Options Areas Keypads Users Zones Outputs Thermostats Custom Counters Tasks Lighting System Status
      Area Status Audio Zones Logs

      No Elk M1 tasks found.

      (I do not expect to see thermostat & Lighting since I do not have any MIG based ... etc)

        Please enable debug, then restart the plug-in, then send the debug output to ultrajones@hotmail.com. The debug file will be in the HomeSeer3 root directory. Please remember to send the debug file before restarting HomeSeer or else it will be overwritten.

              I have a similar problem after firmware updates to 5.3.10
