    I apologize, but I'm not clear on the purpose of your instructions - is it to allow me to upgrade the firmware, or is it to help open up a console to capture more commands?

    if the latter - what is the sequence with which I should be saving the settings versus shutting down the plugin and enabling developer mode?

    Sorry I am confused ...

        I haven't been able to update the firmware because I can't get the procedure (to upload firmware) in the plugin to work properly. I'll upload the firmware manually and let you know if the plugin is working - perhaps that will solve the "skipping bad message" problem.
