  • HS3 Vista Alarm plugin v3.0.1.0 Release

    The subject version should be in the Updater with a day or two. Please post feedback to this thread

    If you are upgrading, do the following:
    On the Partition and System Status devices change the value of Arm-Away Button to 106
    For Virtual Zone devices with a Fault button, change the Fault Button value to 111


    Changes
    - Allows you to rename the control buttons (Arm-Stay, Arm-Away, etc) after initial setup
    - Supports the !REL (relay) msgs from the AD2USB. See your panel manual for setting these up
    - Register RF devices that aren't programmed into the panel (unassigned)
    - Revised text formatting for Last Panel Message device
    - Added some event Conditions
    - Arm Stay, Arm Instant, and Arm Night Stay will update immediately; doesn't wait for countdown to reach zero

    Fixes since 3.0.0.10
    - the RFX message processing to account for an invalid bit in the message
    - the Vista Alarm config sections on the device edit page
    - saving changes on the Loop and Partition options
    - Telco and comm failure status
    - Bypass zones
    - Bug related to clearing zones at startup
    - Last Panel Message formatting that affected HSTouch
    - Error related to Clearing faulted zones
    - Vista 40 show faults

    Upon install
    Jan-22 02:24:04 Updater Install/Update of package Vista Alarm failed.
    Jan-22 02:24:04 Updater Error Installation of package Vista Alarm failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update.

        please try again. i think I have resolved the missing files. the version is still 3.0.1.0

          HSPI_VistaAlarm_3.0.1.0b.zip installs successfully. Verified on main system (Windows) and test/demo system (Linux)

              Hi Mark... I recently upgraded... and everything seemed to work. Just noticed in my log that it's VERY busy. took a look and realized I missed this install point:
              On the Partition and System Status devices change the value of Arm-Away Button to 106
              For Virtual Zone devices with a Fault button, change the Fault Button value to 111

              I did the first step... but don't see/think I have any virtual zone devices.

              After the steps above, my log is still super busy, just repeating the below over and over every few seconds. What did I miss?

                here's one of the edits. I changed the button.... to I change the other "armed away" status (not at 3) above as well?

                  check the option "Suppress duplicate alarm messages" on the plugin settings page, and disable debug mode
