Vista, z wave lock & keyfob

I have 4 buttons on my key fob for my Vista 20.

Top left- arm away, shuts off lights & locks door
Top right- disarm, turns on lights and unlocks door
Bottom left- arm stay, shuts off lights & locks door

I would like my bottom right button to just unlock my door lock whether or not the system is armed or disarmed. Any possible way to do this?

you would need an event to disarm the system first, and then unlock the door. there are vista alarm actions to disarm. there might be a way to check the alarm status first and only disarm if the system is currently armed, but I'm not sure how to do with with events. Maybe two different events that both trigger on the button: one event also checks the status of the alarm but only one event calls the third unlock event.
