      Power cycled the AD2USB and PC...all is well again without any setting changes. AD2USB has been powered on for months...

        Unrelated question: I'd like to trigger an event when my door chime goes off, the only indication of this is this log entry:
        Apr-14 10:43:00 AM Vista Alarm FAULT 11
        Is there a way of creating an HS3 event ?

          there are vista alarm zone triggers that you can use. you must have zone 11 registered with the plugin

          otherwise you can use the vista alarm message trigger to watch for FAULT 11
