I have both the interface address and the single partition set to 18, and I can arm and disarm the system successfully from Homeseer. Just can't get the software to parse the faults (which gets displayed on the panel device in the device list).

FWIW, I also do not have an emulate LRR checkbox.

Ah, did you create zone devices via the plugin? the plugin needs these hs devices to track the messages from the panel/ad2usb

I did. The zone devices on my keypad all start with a Z (i.e. Z1, Z2, ..., Z23), but I created all of them matched to the drop-down numbers available. See sample screenshot.

please review the zones you created. i think created two different entries under Zone 2 (dev 787, 788). this is not supported. the plugin should have prevented this but this maybe causing the problem

Ok. I have now deleted the two zones that had duplicates (leaving one device for each of my zones). Should that correct or should I delete the whole thing and rebuild it?

I spoke too soon. Triggers are only available through zone 17, leaving 18-35 off the list. Is there some limit?

no limit. the plugin isn't loading 18-35 at startup. enable debug, and restart the plugin and see if there are any errors in the startup log. check the zone 18 device to make sure it looks like the others (see the configuration and advanced tabs)

That did it. I deleted 18 (dining room glass break sensor) and the rest loaded. I'm not sure why that's not working, there wasn't a dupe.
