Honeywell Vista P20 Announcement no longer works?

Hi Guys,
Everything was setup and work fine with the AD2USB and the plugin, but the only issue is that the main keypad that would announce the zone faults is no longer announcing? I turned it on and confirmed that it is on and set to max volume. the speaker is working for arming announcements. I set the AD2USB as keypad address 19, because I have 16, 17, and 18 already. Any ideas how to get the announcement back?

You likely have the 6160V panel.

My panel is a 6160 which chimes rather than speaking. After returning from programming mode, I have to re-enable the chime by entering my code, then 9.
