Another item cropped up, but I think it's resolved. I have several events that run at certain time of day and they would toggle the chime off, arm and disarm the system, etc. I noticed they were broken and log entries like these began cropping up.
Error: System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string "" to type 'Short' is not valid. ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ParseDoub le(String Value, NumberFormatInfo NumberFormat) at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToShort(S tring Value) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToShort(S tring Value) at HSPI_VISTAALARM.HSPI.TriggerAction(String ActionStr) [1.2.5.0]"
I had checked the events yesterday and they all looked ok. But when I started see these errors, I deleted the actions and re-entered them and now they seem to run OK without error. So maybe in an upgrade from non-partitioned to partitioned some value isn't being set in/for the events. The partition number when I checked them initially was displayed.
