We recently install a Vista 20P alarm system at work with an AD2USB interface. I installed version the plugin version 3.0.0.15 and then upgraded to the BETA 3.0.0.22. (I am running HS3 v 3.0.0.208). I see status messages in the log and I can trigger events based on partition status. No errors that I can see.
What I haven't been able to figure out is determining which user has armed or disarmed the partition. I see nothing in the log that would indicate a user. In the plugin setup, I enabled 'Emulate LRR'. As I understand it, LRR is really just a cell phone module, which our alarm monitoring company uses to monitor our system. (Is this correct?)
Apparently this portion works because the app that the alarm company provides shows who armed/disarmed and at what times. I wrote several events to simply send me an e-mail when the alarm is armed or disarmed by user n ('n' being user 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 or 16). The alarm company programmed these users. I didn't see anything in the plugin setup regarding users.
I must be missing something basic in the setup. Any ideas?
