IFTTT Event disregards "Event Disabled" and "AND IF" conditions

I followed the User Guide and got IFTTT events to work.
The problem is, it appears to always execute the "THEN" actions regardless of whether...
1. The Event is in a DISABLED state.
2. The Event has other "AND IF" conditions such as "Time is Daytime" or "Device x is Off".

I tried both 3.0.0.5 and the 3.0.0.9 beta; both versions seem to exhibit the same problems.
