Plugin not working on lastest version of Geofency

I updated my Geofency the other day to 6.1.5 and now it seems the webhooks aren't working. I have been using https:/connected2.homeseer.com/phl2api?dtype=GF as URL Http method POST and credentials have not changed for months without error. Plugin is no longer responding. When I test the webhook manually I get the following: Has anyone else noticed this?

I am running 6.1.5 as is Michelle. Both of ours are posting just fine. I don't see an image of the error in the first post. I use the same URL for posting. Can you get log into MyHS using the same credentials? Have you tried reentering your MyHS credentials into GeoFency on one of your fences?

So it seems when I try to access MYHS on https://connected2.homeseer.com it fails. Is this a temporary problem? I have dozens of Geofency locations that I'd hate to have to renter a new URL.

It may be something temporary or local. Here https://connected2.homeseer.com resolves just fine, asks for and accepts my credentials.

seems odd. We are both in colorado , Im down in the Springs area. I tried it from my LAN and from ATT cellular network and same results. Is there another MYHS URL I could try to troubleshoot?

              You can try https://connected22.homeseer.com/

Can you log in to https://myhs.homeseer.com?

The original URL still is not working. It gets me to the logon page but throws the exception when I log in and gives me this page:

Is this an issue with Homeseer rather than the plugin? Confused as to why it is only affecting some plugin users. Also strange that this seemed to happen after Geofency update. Wish Paul was around to troubleshoot. I guess in the mean time I'll change all my location URLs. It's just adding one "2" so it's fairly painless

                  it's apparently a Homeseer issue

I can confirm that changing my URL to use connected22 without updating my credentials has corrected the issue.

And mine is still working fine today with https://connected2.homeseer.com/ and has not failed in months. I'm at a loss as to why it resolves here, but not for others. I think that connected2.homeseer.com is the load balancing server where connected22.homeseer.com is an individual server.

After 5:30pm tonight GF stopped working for us again using connected22. I changed it back to connected2 and it works. I’m wondering if connected2 is the load balancing server or not? Has anyone checked with support to see if we are using the correct link?

This was my experience as well. connected22 stopped working so I changed back to connected2 and it works again.

When Paul first suggested using MyHS for posting, Rich verified that connected2 was the correct URL to use. I think it was an email we exchanged, but I cannot find it now.

Ok, thank you Randy. I’ve sent in a ticket to support about it, hope they can get it resolved. I’m learning that I need to go back through my events to account for issues like this. My home/away VD didn’t change to Home last night because my wife or I weren’t “Near” home, so our house went into vacation mode this morning. If we aren’t home for 15 hours and the house is in away, then set to vacation. I created some events while I was still learning....still learning!
