Two emails generated

Hi - New to the plugin and it's great. One issue I'm seeing though is that two emails are being generated/sent when a call comes in. I have the email defined in the setup screen and have an event that fires the email triggered upon the first ring.

Any ideas why two emails are being duplicated?

Sorry, I missed this question.

Try using the "UltraCID Incoming Call" - "Any Caller" as the event trigger instead.

In the meantime, I'll see if I can duplicate the "UltraCID OnRing" - "First" to see if it is getting triggered multiple times.

For the trigger I'm using UltraCID OnRing, SelectRing: Second

For the action I'm using UltraCID Email Notiication: Last Caller

I've also tried UltraCID Incoming Call and that also generates two emails. I settled on using the OnRing setting to use the drop call feature for telemarkers.

I have my email configured in the email notification options under the UltraCID options config.

Any updates? I'm still getting two emails generated for each call that comes in. Still not sure why. ????

I am unable to duplicate this issue. Can you send me the logs showing the rings, event being triggered and e-mails being sent to ultrajones@hotmail.com?

The issue you reported is fixed as of UltraCID HSPI version 1.1.4760.18872. It is now available in the HomeSeer updater.
