    Default Speaker Client

    Ultra,

I think I having a brain ****! I 'm trying to locate where to set the default speaker client. I can't seem to find it. If this feature is not implemented can you please do so? I have a speaker proxy that I use but I need to edit the default speaker client.

    Thanks!

Hello Sean. It looks like I'll need to add the ability to specify the speaker client. I assume you're looking for a text box to specify what speaker client should be used?

Yes Sir. That is what I am looking for. I use the Sonos plugin and need to specify the client.

I left you a post about this on your UltraWeather section. Just following up on this post as well.

        Thank You.

UltraCID3 was my first plug-in that used triggers and actions. I had to re-write them last week so they matched my other HS3 plug-ins. Unfortunately, this means all events need to be re-saved or re-created. I'll be posting an update within a week or two.

Thanks. It sure would be nice. Been waiting around for awhile. This plug-in (which I paid for) is useless for me at this time. Please fix soon.

Sorry, but I am in the middle of some major trigger/action changes and cannot release the update until I am done. I expect to release it within a week.

Hello Sean. I decided to remove the e-mail and speak notification options from the UltraCID plug-in now that the plug-in has HomeSeer devices containing the last caller information. You can simply use the mechanisms built into HomeSeer to speak or e-mail the last caller details. Simply create a new event with the trigger "UltraCID3: Incoming Call" and select either "Send an E-mail" or "Speak Something". You'll then use the HomeSeer replacement variables to speak the caller name, number, ring count, etc.

I am packaging up the plug-in changes now (including the updates mentioned above) and will be posting it soon. I need to update the technology address to remove the ":" so the replacement variables are easier to use.

Let me know if you need event examples.

                  Regards,
                  Ultrajones
