Problem with sending email...

Hi,

I installed recently Ultrasmtp, it's impossible to sent any email.

In the log i have this with test function:

An unexpected error occured in the SendSMTPMessage() function/subroutine: [System.InvalidOperationException: A recipient must be specified. at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.Send(MailMessage message) at HSPI_ULTRASMTP.HSPI_SMTP.SendSMTPMessage(Int32 QueueID, Int32 MailSmtpId, MailMessage& MailMessage)]
10/08/2011 18:13:39 UltraSMTP Error E-mail Queue Id 000000 to was deferred.

What's the problem ?

I need quickly of this email function...

Can you provide a screenshot of the HomeSeer event you created to send e-mail? You can send it to ultrajones@hotmail.com.

I have not created any event just used the test function after completing the smtp server and the account...

Hi,

I have tested any issue with firewall or other network problem... All is ok

I have tester one session with telnet over port 25, also ok...

The test functionality sends an e-mail to the "Default Mail-From E-mail Address". The error suggests you don't have a valid value in that field. Please confirm your e-mail address is configured in the "Default Mail-From E-mail Address" field.

I have a windows XP Embededd, there is one probleme with this version ?

Can you send me the file C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS2\data\UltraSMTP\queue\6dd32dc5-786b-4afe-a490-4f84a7450392.eml? It may be in C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS2\data\UltraSMTP\queue\drop by now.

It appears you may have software running on your system that is modifying the e-mail as it gets written (queued) to disk. All of the Internet headers in the sample e-mail you were lower cased and the format was changed. What type of anti-virus software do you have running?
