I think I have a pretty cool way to pick replacement variables from a list in order to quickly create status e-mails. Simply place your cursor in the message section where you want the replacement variable to appear, then click the replacement variable heading, the click on the replacement variable you're interested in. In the example provided, the e-mail would contain:
