homeseer phone and Hi PHone not working

hi,

I have updated to the latest beta homeseer phone and for some reason hi phone is not detecting when i press the # key on the phone. I have tried everything i can think of. But to nothing.
I have done the test to check if hi phone is fine and it passes that. I have tried moving the 3 config file .(xml) again and again into the homeseer config dir and nothing. please help

On the modem tab in the HSP options, make sure that "internal answer" is enabled. It sounds like its not checked.
