Hi all,
I have HSP version 2.0.88, the usb Way2Call unit, and HS 1.6.0 running on win2k. Everything seems to be working fine until I set the modem to "mute rings until caller id is available". Once this option is selected and applied I can no longer get dial tone on my phone(s). When I go off hook I hear dial-tone for a split second and then hear the W2C relays(?) click and then my line goes dead. This happens again, and again....but, once I uncheck the "mute rings....." option everything works just fine. I have included "detailed event log" entries from one instance of me going off hook and getting "hung up on" below. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
