Hangs up on external calls after 0.75 rings

Okay, so now it's working on internal calls. But with external calls, even if HS and HSP aren't running at all, or if HS and HSP *are* running and HSP is configured to answer internal calls only, it hangs up on all calls after less than one ring.

Needless to say, it's out of the phone loop for now, unfortunately.

Has anyone else had this happen? And how did you fix it?

Which version of the hi-phone drivers are you using?

Which OS?

I assume you've got HSP 2.0+ otherwise hsp 1.x might use it as a TAPI device instead of directly like 2.0+ does

Do you have any other TAPI programs running?

Interestingly in light of your post, when I went to uninstall/re-install the Hi-Phone (figured I might as well try that, the only two things that were there for me to uninstall were the 'TAPI driver' (checkbox checked) and the 'core components' (checkbox checked and disabled).

Is this what I should have seen?

By the way, the uninstall/re-install didn't change anything -- exactly the same behavior as before. One thing I noticed, though, the uninstall wasn't clean. Left three way2call*.inf files in the \winnt\inf folder, and there was no way to delete them (logged in with Administrator privileges), even in safe mode.
