I haven't seen this mentioned, but the HAI Omni (which HomeSeer supports) and the Way2Call both use the same "#" to operate their interfaces. On the Omni, I don't see any way to change that behavior. I don't have a Way2Call, but haven't seen anything mentioned about an alternative there either. Is there a way to use Way2Call with an Omni and HomeSeer, and get to both the Way2Call and the Omni phone interface without conflicts?

Personally I just put one on one phone line and the other on another... ;-)
Look in the SETTINGS.INI file for gCommandKey under the [hsphone] section. If it is not there, add it. You can change this to * if you want so it will not conflict with the HAI's # key which, as you pointed out, is not changeable.
