    Help with troubleshooting

    Recently moved to a new house.
    when I uprooted my way2call to put into the new house I lost my CID. I have verified that the CID info is getting into the way2call by puttting a CID enabled phone on the phone side of the way2call.

    I'm at a loss as how to attack this problem.
    Could anyone offer some suggestions?

      Is there noise on the line? Is the line
      Polarized correctly? Are the phone and line cables reversed?

      These are the 3 most common reasons for loosing CallerID
